Sample Itinerary – 7 days

Day one: Morning arrival aboard yacht docked at Atlantis Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas. Introductions and vessel orientation, tour of Atlantis and lunch aboard yacht. Depart Paradise Island for two-hour passage to the northern Exuma Islands. Afternoon beach combing and water sports from tender and jet ski, reef snorkeling trip or offshore fishing as desired. Evening dinner while anchored out under the tropical stars, or secured at Highborne Cay Marina. Day two: Breakfast and morning visit to the pristine beaches on Saddleback Cay. Reef snorkeling and spear fishing near Crawfish Cay followed by a conch/lobster hunt in the clear waters of Long Cay. Cruise south while offshore fishing toward Wax Cay with lunch while underway. Afternoon bottom fishing, or choose a visit to Normans Cay and the beaches/sandbars off north Shroud Cay. Evening anchorage on the southwest shore of Shroud Cay. Fresh seafood served for dinner. Day Three: Morning exploration via tender of Shroud Cay Creek and beach party on

Day Three: Morning exploration via tender of Shroud Cay Creek and beach party on “Camp Driftwood” beach. Lunch aboard, raise anchor and head for reef snorkeling in Wax Cay Cut. Afternoon deep-sea fishing offshore while continuing to travel south along the Exuma Island chain. Anchor near Emerald Rock on the west side of Warderick Wells. Late afternoon water sports and visit to the Exuma Land and Sea Park Headquarters. Relax while watching the tropical sunset followed by dinner and a peaceful night at anchor.

Day Four: Morning swim and beach combing after breakfast. Raise anchor for blue water fishing and lunch offshore. Travel back to explore Hall Pond Cay Cut. Drift snorkeling in the crystal clear waters over large coral reefs, followed by a visit to the mile long sandbar at Osprey Cay. Late afternoon cruise around the corner to the beautiful anchorage at Cambridge Cay. Evening BBQ.

Day Five: Morning water sports and tender/jet ski trips to explore the deserted beaches and coves around Cambridge Cay and Bell Island. Raise anchor for a quick trip to Conch Cut to snorkel the reefs and caves of The Rocky Dundas. Proceed through Conch Cut west and south to an anchorage near the Pipe Creek Islands. Explore the deep and narrow cuts of Joe, Thomas and Overyonder Cays via tender while drift snorkeling and spear fishing. Evening dockage at Sampson Cay.

Day Six: Morning water sports and visits to Sampson Cay beaches. Cruise southeast through Big Rock Cut for offshore deep-sea and/or bottom fishing. Return to Staniel Cay for a snorkel trip into Thunderball Cave. Anchor for the night at Big Majors Spot or dock at Staniel Cay Yacht Club. Dine onboard or choose dinner and drinks “island style” at the yacht club’s restaurant.

Day Seven: Early A.M. departure from Staniel Cay cruising north along the Exuma Island chain. Deep-sea fishing up to Highborne Cay with a seafood lunch while underway. Proceed through Highborne Cay Cut onto the Great Bahamas Bank. Anchor for a reef swim and snorkel or visit Iguana Beach on Allen’s Cay. Afternoon cruise back to Nassau and dockage at the Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island. Dine ashore or on board with evening visits to the Atlantis Resort facilities.

Day Eight: Morning breakfast and departures.
